Is there a "Post-Acquisition Gap" in the ETA ecosystem?

Hey Searchers!
I’ve observed a recurring theme in the ETA space: the "Day 1 Shock." Many of us spend months or years hunting and closing, only to get hit by the sheer chaos of operational reality once we’re in the captain's chair.
I’m considering launching an advisory service specifically for new owners to help navigate that transition. Based on my experience integrating over 40 dental clinics into a platform, I’m looking at a 3-phase framework:
Organizing the Chaos: Triage for the first 90–180 days (stabilizing the ship).
Scalable Systems: Building the operational and sales infrastructure required for actual growth.
Visionary Transition: Moving the owner from "Chief Firefighter" to a true leader of senior staff.
To the searchers/CEOs here: Would this kind of operational "co-pilot" have been valuable to you in your first year? What was the biggest hurdle you faced that you weren't prepared for?
Looking forward to your thoughts!
