Thanks Luis, I agree confidentiality is key, some databases are public and I´m looking more into that. Since people in Mexico regularly sell databases at a high cost using inside contacts in SAT or other alternatives, im looking for public ones or Ended Search Funds that will do nothing with their database. Example DENUE mexico from INEGI is a great database. There may be some from the Chamber of Commerce or others.
I believe funds generate a lot of info that may be useful if there are no MCA or NDAs that limit the share of these.

For company and business databases, you can use data-axle search all the business databases, you can get access to the data-axle via any public library in US. If you don't live in the US then you need to find someone who can help you getting the library access, and you can use their credentials to search.
