Hey there - My name’s David. I’m a solo operations specialist and former sole owner with full P&L responsibility. Based in North Florida.
Brand new to SearchFunder, really digging the community so far, and thought I should introduce myself.
Here to connect with Searchers, Investors, and Acquirers that want a steady-hand focused on helping their new investment yield exceptional returns.
I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to use my 20+ years of experience in leadership & growth to help multiple businesses increase revenue by six figures and improve margins by double-digits since 2017.
As anyone here with experience knows, acquisitions often come with unpleasant surprises (even after thorough due diligence). My job is to limit the impact of those surprises on my client's bottom line (and their mental health).
I don’t consider myself a consultant. I’m very hands-on and sincerely committed to any project I take on. I become a part of my client's team, take problems off their plate, and do what it takes to get real results.

Biggest areas of focus are currently Home Services / Trades, Ecommerce, and Hospitality - but my skill set translates to virtually any industry.
