We are looking for an person to join our custom millwork business as an operator to grow the company, create value and earn sweat equity. no investment is required but it could be an option. Company is at $1MM Rev now and break even, the goal is to grow the $5MM with $1MM EBITDA for exit in 5 years. Base salary + bonus + equity.
