What is Searchfunder.com?

ISO SBA lender familiar with Searcher deals & asset purchases

Hey all -
I'm lucky to have two deals under LOI at the moment. Now I need to raise some capital! I'd like to start with the SBA. My local lenders are not familiar with ETA / self-funded searchers and seem to prefer equity transactions. I'm working on asset purchases and need to chat with a banker experienced supported the ETA community. Any recommendations and/or introductions would be greatly appreciated.
