IT Services/MSP - 3 stats?

I'm looking at the MSP space and looking for 3 stats proving elusive:
1) Ebitda % for MSPs at different sizes or type of MSPs. I've interviewed a few people for opinions and the answers are wide ranging but I haven't seen any analyst reports or quantitative data.
2) Closely related is Ebitda multiple - here again -I've got wide ranges from interviews & obviously size matters as does the type of revenue. Would love to get a table of answers or specific companies that were transacted with the ebitda & price so I can calculate a multiple.
3) A recent###-###-#### or###-###-#### stat on <U.S.> SMB/SME spend on IT as a % of revenue? So i can model that I need to find as a % of revenue. It doesnt need to be limited to spend on MSP just general IT or Tech spend by SMBs/SMEs.
