Existing commercial janitorial services business/entrepreneur looking to acquire a local competitor in the janitorial services industry. Both companies serve commercial customers under multi-year contracts. Existing business is ~$1m in revenue/$300k in EBITDA, acquisition target is $4.2m in revenue/$1m in EBITDA. Target is already under LOI for $2.2m enterprise value (2.2x EBITDA). Industry multiples are 3-4x, so there is significant multiple arbitrage to be had.
