We are growing fast and looking for an ambitious summer intern to join our executive team and assist the CEO on critical, high-impact projects.
Internship Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in project execution, business analysis, and strategic operations directly alongside the CEO. You will support a variety of cross-functional projects that contribute to the growth, efficiency, and innovation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing ongoing strategic and operational projects across departments
Help develop project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate deliverables
Conduct research and data analysis to support executive decision-making
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal meetings
Sit in on executive meetings and document key outcomes and action items
Collaborate with teams in engineering, manufacturing, and sales on special initiatives
Support the CEO’s schedule management and project follow-ups
Handle administrative and communications tasks related to ongoing initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (recent grads welcome)
Strong interest in aerospace, aviation, industrial manufacturing, or executive leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools)
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management tools is a plus
