John Oliver did a whole take on how sketchy and unregulated the Med Spa industry is, and as a Med Spa owner, I don't think he is wrong at all. Stricter regulations and raising the barrier to entry in this space would really help the industry as a whole. Curious what other med spa owners or searchers in this space think. Great links! I've had a few clients ask about Med Spas but all of them changed their mind before commissioning a report, now I'm kinda curious to do an independent search myself. ^redacted‌, kinda curious on whether you think these predatory spas are are rare but the misdeeds get a lot of attention because of how awful they are, or if this is just a pervasive problem throughout the industry.

I ended up backing up out of my deal for med spa due to outstanding gift cards liability which had no expiration and we couldn't agree on a cash value for it.
