Hey everyone. I’m just getting started on this journey and I’m so excited. As I’m filling out my profile, what would be a good min/max enterprise value/EBITDA to start with? Is there a formula or relationship between these two things that I should be looking for? Any advise is appreciated.

Hi Jennifer, purchase multiples for businesses vary quite a bit so you could start by looking at the Median Sales Price of specific sectors you're interested in to give you an idea on where to start. Bizbuysell has an insight report that provides some useful data on this by sector, just scroll about halfway down: https://www.bizbuysell.com/news/bizbuysell-2022-first-quarter-insight-report/
