Keeping track of contacts during the search

Hi everyone,

I'm sure this has been posted before (maybe many times), but what have you all found to be the easiest way to keep track of all the contacts you get during the search process - brokers, sellers, lenders, etc? I've tried using the free version of Hubspot, Excel, and others, but nothing has seemed to stick. I know you gotta do what works for you, but I'm curious to hear thoughts on what has worked for others. I find myself going through old emails to find people or past opportunities, which is not ideal or efficient.
