Hi SearchFunder community -- by way of introduction, my name is Josh Weiner, a current full-time MBA student who is actively seeking to accelerate up the ETA learning curve.

I've been doing a bunch of independent research, attended the HBS conference this past weekend, and am having conversations in/out of my network. Right now, I find myself most drawn to the incubated search model.

Nice to meet you all, and look forward to immersing myself in this awesome community.

Hi Josh, glad to hear another fellow Wildcat looking into ETA! There are a lot of resources and the Kellogg ETA network is very wide and helpful. As a first stop you should speak with Alex Schneider (I assume you've already done this). However, since you are interested in the incubator model I recommend you reach out to the teams at A111 (https://accelerator111.com/) and Halstatt (http://www.halstattlegacy.com/). Both are fairly easy to reach through their websites but if I can be of any help please don't hesitate to DM me.

Hey Josh! I'm an MBA at Ross. In addition to networking, I also recommend reading Buy Then Build and HBR's Guide to Buying a Small Business. Both are great books that answered a lot of my qustions.
