Kicking Off My Central Texas Search

Good afternoon,

I am beginning a search for opportunities in Central Texas and surrounding areas. I am particularly interested in professional services businesses that many would not look twice at like: septic service, road safety, sanitation, etc... However, I am also looking into more popular businesses like: landscaping, cleaning/restoration, pest control, and so on.


I have primarily narrowed my search geographically and financially considering that I already own an operational company in Oregon. I am bringing on an ops partner who comes from Amazon's delivery and fulfillment network to help me build a holdco strategy. Therefore, looking into EBITDA earnings between $1mm and $3mm with a capital raise if the biz is above the $1mm in EBITDA mark.
