Know a lawyer specialized in new private equity fund formation?

For a formation of a new private equity fund, I may get asked to join the founding team.
There will be no salary until the first fund raise ($100-250M target). The new  fund will be sort of a spin-out of two investment partners of which one has $12B in transaction background. 

In order to make sure I am covering my base with regards to the upcoming negotiation, I would like to schedule a 30-min/1-hour consultation with a lawyer specialized in the subject. 

Can anyone recommend a modestly-priced lawyer that I can schedule a 30-min/1-hour consultation with?
