Know any PE/VC willing to look at a hemp business?

In my search activities, I have come across a small US business which produces hemp protein isolate as a food ingredient. The product is clean, no-odor, no color, and stable. Additionally, AAFCO is about to approve hemp seed meal as a feed additive, so the by-product will have more value.

It's a small business and demand for the product is running into the owner's working capital constraints. However, the owner does not want to sell. They want to grow. The owner's personal network is not interested in financing a hemp-related business.

Do you know of an angel or VC that would be interested in this business?

^redacted‌ thank you for the tag. Most lenders are still staying away from anything Hemp or marijuana related. There are some lenders that specialize in providing financing to that industry, but the money tends to be a bit more expensive and typically they have relatively high minimum loan amounts. Do you know how much they are looking for?
