I've come across multiple 20%+ IRR opportunities with very capable management teams looking to acquire, but they are all still looking for money. I have a close friend with a high net worth that gets first pass on things I see, but if he isn't interested or too busy to proceed, I have no bullpen. How can I find potential investors in the $1-5million range to help those I come across? I'm not a search funder, but thought some here would have ideas on how to create those relationships or where to find them.
