What would you do if a seller ghosted you on the eve of your deal? This happened to me when I was deep into purchasing a roll-off container company in the Northwest. This experience taught me the importance of always getting the full story behind why an owner is selling.

When the story of why they were selling flipped 180 degrees, how could anyone have trust in the seller? Maybe I am naive, but my gut would say at that point no matter how good the deal looked that it was fabricated on a house of cards. I am at the beginning of my journey, but is this a common occurrence?

There are all sorts of reasons deals die. As a broker, I've been a apart of several but have learned from each one. I in turn have taken that knowledge with me to serve me in future deals. I'd be happy to share my bumps and bruises to help anyone!
