Anyone have experience acquiring or have current deals in landscaping? Would love to connect and trade notes on valuation , due-diligence etc. I want to get a general idea for the industry and would love to connect.

Hello Christian, I was looking at a landscaping business last summer but had to set it aside because it was too small to support investors and too large to buy outright. Some searchfunders have had great success with landscaping businesses. Chenmark Capital of Portland, Maine, comes to mind. I'm happy to speak on the matter. We bought a commercial landscaping business 10 years ago and have been able to grow it since then. We are currently looking to acquire 2 companies over the next 24 months as well. Feel free to contact me if you're interested in hearing more about landscaping M&A in the lower middle market space.
