Large exterior home renovations business..

I was introduced to and had a good conversation with a seller of a $32 million exterior home renovations company in New Jersey that I may have to pass on. The seller is in his 60s getting ready for retirement and they do almost exclusively HOA associations. They have been in business for 40 years and the owner asked if I was interested in making an offer since it's in my wheelhouse.
