Any advice on fragmented areas of the lawn maintenance industry to look into? I am about to begin an investment thesis on this market and am looking for guidance on any specific segments to look into.

We prefer commercial vs. residential - customers are stickier, employees less likely to leave and compete with you, You don't have to compete with uninsured and unlicensed shops who deal in all cash, The amount of customer support overhead and reputational risk in any given customer engagement is lower because customers are generally less emotional and less picky about the service - it's not their house and not their money.
