Does anyone have good recommendations for a lawyer? Specifically, someone who if familiar with: -Structuring (i.e. Partnerships, LLC's, S-Corps, Holding Companies) -Understands benefits of taxes at the state level (i.e. California vs Florida vs Michigan) -Has worked with M&A transactions (specifically at the lower mid market level) -Has worked with small businesses I am looking to make a hire soon!
