Lawyer recommendations for small sized acquisition(US)

We just finished our financial DD on a couple of deals, and we're looking for good lawyer recommendations for legal DD and SPA prep and closing. The deals are small sized 500-1m$ valuation range; thus we don't want a big firm, but possibly a small M&A legal shop with sustainable costs for the deal size. Any good recommendations?

I can recommend Davis Graham in Denver. Matt Perkins (partner), Evan Williams (sr. associate), and Jason Werner (of counsel). I mostly worked directly with Evan and Jason on an acquisition and then a sale. All are excellent and seemed to punch above their weight.
