Hi folks, any recos for "deal team" vendors, ideally in Denver? About me: www.casaventures.co Hi, I'm Santiago. I've lived in Denver since 2019 and I'm raising 3 boys here. I’m actively acquiring a Colorado service business and I’m a prepared, bankable buyer who moves quickly and is easy to work with. Legal + Strong vouch for Trevor Crow @ DoidaCrow – he supported my deal for a ~6mo DD and closing period. + Nick Rudden @ Goodspeed Merrill was close 2nd – bigger firm, more specialization. QoE + Appletree Bookkeeping did mine. Chose them b/c of appropriately-sized approach relative to biz I was acquiring. Others I considered were MidwestCPA, Cayne Crossing, etc (all wanted bigger engagement than I had appetite/need for), but nonetheless would consider on future engagement. I'm sure they'll all take intro calls but right time to bring in Legal is before signing LOI (make sure nothing you're inadvertantly missing or setting wrong expectation around).
