Hello! I wanted to see if anyone has an LBO / Lender Model template that they would be willing to share. Looking for a simple, reliable template. Thanks!

If you are looking for something simple, the LiveOak template Santiago referenced is a good place to start and will likely satisfy most lenders. If you are looking for a detailed model, unfortunately I don't think a template will work and I usually build a new one for each deal. I find the exercise extremely valuable to my diligence process as I see how the financials flow for each business. A good starting point is to google "3 statement model." If I am building a model for my own understanding I really need to see cashflow and how the balance sheet investments are changing cashflow, it is usually significantly less obvious than how profit flows through an income statement.
