Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Analyst to join our team for the Summer of###-###-#### The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing deal opportunities by contacting business owners within our specified list of industries. Key Responsibilities
● Conduct outreach to industries in the company database using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to establish connections with business owners.
● Maintain and update the database of target prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on key contacts.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to craft personalized messaging and outreach strategies tailored to specifi c industries and prospects.
● Track and report on outreach activities, engagement metrics, and pipeline development to measure progress and optimize strategies.
Build Relationships and Support Deal Flow
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone and sending professional messages.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Willingness to Learn
Open to feedback and eager to develop new skills in business development and outreach.
Interest in understanding deal flow and business analysis.
Interpersonal Skills
Friendly and confident when engaging with business owners.
Ability to build rapport and maintain a professional tone.
Self-Motivated and Organized
Proactive in completing assigned tasks and meeting outreach goals.
Able to manage and prioritize a list of contacts effectively.
Basic Tech Skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or similar software.
Comfortable using messaging platforms and phone systems.
Availability
Able to commit to the internship schedule and complete tasks on time.
Internship Details
Start Date: June 2nd
● Duration: 3 months
● Hours: The intern is expected to work 20 to 40 hours per week
● Location: The position is fully remote. The intern is expected to maintain consistent communication through company-approved channels, submit a daily report of completed tasks and progress via the designated company-approved platform, and attend scheduled virtual meetings as required.
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. If the intern decides to stay for the summer, they will obtain access to a success fee based on performance, as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. The specific KPIs and criteria for success will be outlined during the onboarding process. Additionally, the intern will engage in private equity learning through company resources.
