Does anyone have any recs for QofE and legal providers that focus on the smaller end of the M&A market? We're days away from an LOI for a $4M acquisition in the healthcare space and want to shop around a little as the providers we know are more focused on the larger end of the M&A market. Open to even indpendent consultants with experience in the space. And being a self-funded searcher, big preference to providers that are open to deferring part of the payment to deal closing. Any recs would be greatly appreciated!!
