Legal Counsel recommendation - holdco/estate planning

Hi - Does anyone recommend a lawyer who can assist with setting up the appropriate legal entity / structure for a holding company?  I have a trust and other estate planning things in place, so, want to be sure that's taken into consideration.  Thanks!
