Legal DD Providers - Italy

We are currently evaluating an acquisition opportunity in Italy and are seeking recommendations for legal counsel with experience in legal due diligence and transaction support. Relevant experience would include SME / lower mid-market M&A and familiarity with entrepreneur-led or search fund transactions. We are currently at the LOI stage and would value introductions to advisors who are responsive and experienced in Italian legal matters.
