Lender Options for non-US Acquisition?

I'm based in the US and looking at a healthcare products company based in Australia but with the majority of its business coming from the US (both eCommerce and through retail channels). I'm looking to acquire the business into my US-based LLC but SBA won't work here due to lack of US tax returns. Does anyone know of any lenders who would be interested in this type of deal?

There are bank and non-bank lender options available in Australia. We work with all of them. They would need to lend to the AU domiciled entity for the acquisition regardless of where revenue is coming from.
