Lenders for digital marketing agency?

I'm looking to finance the acquisition of a 5 year old, B2B marketing agency, and hoping to only inject 10% equity. A handful of lenders I've spoken to require ~30% down, citing the risk of funding newer, online businesses, and thus requiring higher DSCR. Any recommendations of SBA lenders who fund digital acquisitions regularly? My credit is strong, my net worth can support the PG, and my background is an ideal fit to operate the business (10+ years of B2B marketing + previous digital business ownership with an exit).
