Lenders outside of SBA/commercial banks

What other lending options are available for acquisitions when you cannot borrow from a traditional bank due to “seasoning” of a loan for an acquisition you already made? Looking for other ideas, thanks.

There is a wide variety of non-bank lending solutions available. When I refer to non-bank I am referring to a combination of private equity funds, family offices, public and private companies that have lending divisions, etc. There is a wide range of funding options that are not regulated banks and credit unions.
