We are buying mobile home parks and self-storage, Apartments in the US not in West cost.

We are looking for investors to join us in acquisitions as our equity partners.

Our current acquisition criteria are deals over $300K, EBIDTA over, and 10,000,000 any number of units or more.

We are looking for fixes and flips deals, buy, improve, and hold for 3-5 years.

We love seller financing why banks should get Interest,

^redacted‌ got it. I've been the General Partner in a lot of MHP deals, but just don't have much appetite for that space right now. I liked it better when it was unpopular! I guess it's the contrarian in me...best of luck with the venture!
