License agreement needed

Can anyone recommend a good law firm (ideally US or UK) who could provide us with a watertight license agreement? Alternatively, I’d appreciate if anyone could share their template. Thanks

Definitely avoid using a template license agreement. I can't speak to UK law, but in the US, you will want an attorney who can protect your rights and (in certain circumstances) help you avoid "selling a business opportunity" or "offering a franchise opportunity." Those laws can be broad and trip a lot of folks up.
