I'm a licensed buyer with a plumbing, a/c and GC license in Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, PBC). I'm looking for opportunities around the deal size of 2M-5M revenue region. I am pre-qualed with the SBA. Please reach out if you have any deals.

Having the licenses already is a real advantage for SBA financings. Most lenders require the buyer or a key employee to hold the active license post-close, and deals regularly get held up when that's unresolved. A few things to keep in mind as you look: HVAC/plumbing/GC deals are getting financed aggressively right now — full 7(a) up to $5M with 5% equity/5% seller note on full standby is very achievable on cash-flowing targets. There are also many investors looking to invest in these deals. Working capital is often under-sized on trades deals — plan for 60–90 days of payroll + material working cap budget. Once you have a deal under LOI, we would love to work with you to find the best SBA lender for this deal. We recently funded a HVAC deal in California at Prime because the buyer had a license. We are a free service to the borrower, since we get paid by the lender post-close. Please use this meeting link to schedule a meeting with my team: https://cal.com/team/sba/searchfunder

Hey Joshua, this is exactly the type of use case we’re building for. We’re working on HeyBoring, a self service platform to help people find and evaluate small service businesses for acquisition without having to dig through everything manually. Still early, but might be useful for what you’re looking to do. Happy to share more if you’re open to it. In the meantime you can check it out here: https://www.heyboring.com/
