Hi everyone, just joined so this is my kickoff post -- I’ve seen firms like Calder Capital and a few other buyside sourcing firms mentioned in a few discussions here, but I was curious if anybody has come across Lighthouse Capital Group? (redacted I recently had a discussion with their founding partner, Will Shaw. Overall he seemed very cordial and competent and it felt like they would work hard. At the end of the day results ultimately are the determining factor. Has anybody here actually worked with them or engaged them to do search work? I'm considering hiring them as another leg of my search and would love to hear about your experiences positive, neutral, or negative?
