Anyone have any recs on alternative capital providers that lend against holdings in a general brokerage account (& Roth / IRA if possible too)? Thanks!

Schwab's product is called a Pledged Asset Line (PAL). It's a brokerage-equivalent, so Roth/Trad funds aren't eligible. I borrowed against my PAL assets to fund my equity position in my SBA deal, so it's certainly do-able. But, would be forthcoming about your intentions to do this b/c your lender will want to underwrite your global DSCR to include the added debt service required on your PAL advance. Lmk if more questions.
