Using accelerators and organizations who provide direct assistance to searchers has its pros and cons, but searchers would likely benefit from a one-stop list of accelerators and groups who provide hands-on assistance to searchers working through the search and acquisition process (and possibly operating and exiting also). There are a few scattered posts on searchfunder.com that mention accelerators and reference a well written article by Jake Nicholson on the SMEVentures site, but the information is thin. A few entities that I have found include the fairly well known Search Fund Accelerator, Endurance Search Partners, NextGen Growth Partners, Pacific Lake Partners, and Broadtree Partners.
