Is anyone open to sharing a list of investors who are interested in self-funded deals?

I'm just starting to reach out to investors for a deal I have under LOI (asset light business services company with recurring revenues and $2M in EBITDA). Several investors I found on Searchfunder told me that they don't consider self funded deals because of the difference in economics relative to traditional search deals (e.g. Investors get 75% of the equity in a traditional search deal vs###-###-#### % in a self-funded deal).

Hi, Anonymous - If you're using our Deal Match feature and heard this from investors, please DM me the investor names so that I can adjust their profiles. We ask all investors to complete profiles. However, they sometimes switch preferences. Here's a tip sheet on our Deal Match feature: https://www.searchfunder.com/post/tip-for-the-week-matching-your-deal-to-investors-lenders-filling-the-gap. Warmly, Karen

Anonymous - with $2 million of EBITDA, that's definitely on the larger end of the spectrum for self-funded deals and will require larger-than-average equity check. In my experience, when self-funded searchers need to raise more money, the terms that they're able to get look a lot like traditional search fund economics.
