As per the other post suggestion by ^redacted‌, maybe useful to produce a list a lenders who were amiable (helpful is too strong a word). If we follow the following format maybe even help narrow down

Arguably leverage a better metric than LTV. Rates / contact points differ greatly for cash-flow lending vs asset backed in the above lenders.

Additionally worth categorising search type. A self-funded search is more difficult to raise for than a traditional search as the former is categorised as an MBI & the latter quasi PE backed. Many in the above list won’t back an MBI.

What I have found by going to a few all of the market brokers is that although the rate may differ in leasehold(CashFlow lending) vs Asset based, the LTV has remained constant at 65%. The EBITDA multiple is synonymous with whether there is security as protection. The MBI/MBO conundrum is often forgiven once the loan of is of specific size, as it seems the fees generated are worth people's time to understand it..
