A few weeks ago I posted about using Claude Co-Work as an operating system post-acquisition. Thanks for the strong support and feedback from the community. A number of people asked to see it in action, so I’m doing a live demo.

I’ll screen share the real setup and walk through a few live examples, including:
- our CFO agent, which takes stock, debtors, creditors, sales and other source files and produces a monthly finance report, as well as a bi-weekly inventory meeting agenda.
- the SharePoint folder structure behind it
- how the .md skill files are built
- our meeting transcription workflow for capturing handover knowledge
- how the team uses it day to day
- run through some of the other agents we use
This is a small B2B distribution business in Ireland with 8 staff, no developers, and no IT department. Just Claude, SharePoint, and a new owner who's new title is CAO - Chief Agent Orchestrator.
I’ll leave 15–20 minutes for questions and am happy to go deeper on any part of it.
