Are there any investors, Family Offices, or investment group interested in the Livestock industry? Our group has an active opportunity that needs a capital partner.

In short, our company has secured forward contracts to sell natural, grass-fed cattle to a large meat packer. These forward contracts set out the amount of cattle they will accept, date for the cattle to be delivered, and the price at which they will be bought. We will source the cattle, we will shuttle them through our supply chain for growth within FDA standards, we will deliver them to the meat packer and we will collect and disperse funds to investors and suppliers.a

The capital needed is $750k and carries a 30% preferred return (annualized). The return is paid out in dividends every 4 months and the capital lock up is 12 months. We are actively running this program but looking to expand our investment, so the capital can be put to work immediately.

I know Prudential used to have an ag program. Probably still do. https://www.pgim.com/real-estate/agricultural-equity. Find someone from them and they'll probably point you in the right direction.
