Hi everyone — has anyone here financed a second franchise location with a relatively small loan, around $250K–$300K? We built our first location entirely with cash and are now looking at financing options for location #2 rather than tying up additional capital. Would love to hear what type of financing you used (SBA, conventional, LOC, etc.), which lenders you had a good experience with, and what terms you were able to get. Thanks!
