Loan Insurance

I've been approached about a "Loan Insurance" product. I'll be looking for funding to purchase a print business in Arizona, and somebody from SearchFunder reached out to me regarding "Loan Insurance". Does anybody have any familiarity with this type of product. I'm embarrassed to admit I'm wholly unfamiliar with it.

I am general counsel for a commercial insurance company. Different forms of loan insurance are common in real estate transactions, but I admit I am not as familiar with this insurance in other contexts as we don't offer it outside of real estate. We also do not offer death and disability insurance but I imagine that in many circumstances it would provide broader coverage than loan insurance, so I would look into that first.

When I ask the question: How does the insurance lead to getting funding, I get the response below. I'm really not sure I fully follow. At this point I'm just going to pass.
"most investors choose to work weigh escrow or title companies , Insurance companies or preferably work directly with the lender with or without risks. What Insurance companies do in affiliation with any of our Transactions is that they act as financial arbitrators just to keep both parties accountable and provide protection certificates. That's it."
