LOI sample

I'm sure that I have seen this on here but I can't seem to find it right now -- does anyone have a good sample Letter of Intent? A word version of the one in the Ruback and Yudkoff book would be ideal if anyone has typed it out or found it online.

Stanford has a zip file you can download with many sample docs, including an LOI. I believe it's through the link below. I can also send you the LOI sample they include if you send me your email. https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/faculty-research/centers-initiatives/ces/research/search-funds/primer

Thanks Kevin. They are in PDF and was trying to avoid playing around with that. My recollection is that they are on Choate letterhead and I know those guys so I can check there as well. I was sent one and am all set for now.
