LOI Signed on Professional Service Firm. Looking for financing and deal support.

I just went under LOI on a professional services firm. Historically, the firm has generated $600K-$800K in EBITDA with a ~40% margin. I'm looking for a $700K loan. Also, looking for diligence and operational support. Someone who can come in, run diligence, and set the firm up for efficient optimization.
