Company does 14 million in revenue and 1 million in profit. My LOI was just accepted deal financing is taken care of none SBA . Full LBO I'm looking for a single investor to help cover the legal fees. IE lawyer and due diligence... Willing to offer a step up in equity or a generous return in 1 year

HI Branden - Why is the bank or lender financing this transaction not financing the closing costs. This is standard in all SBA transactions.
