Hey everyone,
I’m currently working on a Long-Term Hold / HoldCo strategy in stealth mode, focused on acquiring “boring,” under-digitized businesses in the U.S. My background:
- MIT Sloan MBA’24 (Finance, Business Analytics, and some CS/AI coursework) graduate
- Penn State, undergrad (BSc in Finance)
- Prior experience in investment banking and technology private/growth equity for 4+ years
I haven’t launched formal fundraising and have not reached out to any investors yet, but I do have a draft of investment deck/PPM and a few soft commitments for initial seed/prospecting capital from people who know me well along with some inbound interest from search investors.
I’d love to connect with folks who have experience and interest in:
- Any forms of Long-Term Holds (LTH) and Committed Capital Vehicles (CCV)
- Roll-ups/vertical consolidation
- Horizontal HoldCos
- As well as adjacent or related structures
Whether you’re an experienced operator, mentor, advisor-investor, or working on a similar thesis, I’d appreciate the opportunity to exchange ideas and hear your insights. If any of this resonates, feel free to reach out, and we can take the conversation offline.
Looking forward to connecting!
