Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on a Long-Term Hold / HoldCo strategy in stealth mode, focused on acquiring “boring,” under-digitized businesses in the U.S. My background:

I haven’t launched formal fundraising and have not reached out to any investors yet, but I do have a draft of investment deck/PPM and a few soft commitments for initial seed/prospecting capital from people who know me well along with some inbound interest from search investors.

I’d love to connect with folks who have experience and interest in:

Whether you’re an experienced operator, mentor, advisor-investor, or working on a similar thesis, I’d appreciate the opportunity to exchange ideas and hear your insights. If any of this resonates, feel free to reach out, and we can take the conversation offline.

Looking forward to connecting!

Hi Ilia, this is exactly what I do. I was a searcher, just recently bought a business but also have a consulting business. I specialize in partnering with searchers with a heavy operating background to help with the deal mechanics. I'm trying out the monicker "ETA CFO" https://www.teeupnextgen.com/eta lmk if I can be helpful!

Hi Ilia, happy to connect. I'm an M&A lawyer with experience working as counsel for roll ups. Happy to chat about your strategy and give you my thoughts as having acted as counsel for a few roll ups now. I also take a tech-assisted approach in my transaction work, which roll ups tend to like because of the frequency in deal work. Let me know if you'd like to chat.
