The Company is an industry-leading chassis component production and services business, strategically located in the heart of the Midwest’s manufacturing hub. Additionally, the Company has an in-house machine shop servicing regional customers and utilizes a growing online platform to expand its reach throughout the United States. The Company partners with distribution providers and maintains an in-house distribution team to deliver finished products to its customers. The Company’s chassis component production and services are geared towards individuals, car and truck repair shops, custom car shops, industrial customers, and large manufacturers. The expertise in vehicle chassis problems allows it to assist end users in resolving driveshaft issues for smooth-running vehicles. The Company features several opportunities for growth within its current operating model. Its expanding online sales are supported by streamlined infrastructure and advertising, presenting a large opportunity for growth with minimal investment. The Company does not presently use a sales team and focuses primarily on word-of-mouth advertising. Management is open to expanding personnel to include a sales team to drive future growth for its machine shop and driveshaft business. Lastly, the Company mainly focuses on driveshafts and related parts but has indicated a desire to expand its manufacturing capabilities to other parts of the chassis. Ownership is involved in the Company’s day-to-day operations but has increased the responsibilities of department managers in recent years.
