Looking: effective cost-efficient resource for searching Common‑law rights created by use in commerce

Working with a client that has considerable IP that was never trademarked/copyright protected. Fortunately, national search and USPTO is clear. Looking for person/company other than an attorney group that will accomplish State search and commerce search such as eBay, Facebook, Etsy, YouTube, Kajabi, Google Business Directories, domains, forums, etc. to avoid a common law commerce claim and/or meet USPOT thresholds. Budget is the reason for not using an attorney group. Prefer lower 48, onshore, or near shore; offshore considered. Needs to be more than AI searches unless the person/company has specific agentic tools trained for this work and can document the process and/or carries reps/warrants insurance. Open to entrepreneur just starting in this business channel/service provided background demonstrates knowledge to accomplish this process. Thx in advance.
