The LOI is signed and fully executed. An independent QOE was just completed by a reputable third party. And we’re ready to move to the next stage and find a capital/debt partner.

The acquisition is a technology-enabled services company.

FY2019 Revenue = $6.9M
FY2019 EBIDTA = $2.7M (adjusted)
FY2019 Free Cash Flow = $2.4M
Seller staying on and retaining $15% equity. Purchase Price $6.4M Plus Earn-Out = $2.2M

Need working capital added to the mix.

SBA isn’t an option because of the near term additional acquisitions strategy.

Can anyone recommend a capital/debt partner where this might be a good fit?
